What is the total delivery time for my order?

The delivery time for your order is comprised of two parts, processing and shipping. Processing is the time between submitting your order and when the item leaves the warehouse. For most items, processing time is done electronically and usually completed within 1-2 business days for small parcel and 1-7 days for large items.

Shipping Time begins when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your location.

For your protection, some orders may be diverted to our Order Verification Team. As part of this verification, we will notify you via email, usually within 48 business hours to validate your order. Please respond promptly so your order will not be cancelled. Additionally, be sure to provide accurate contact information when placing your order.

Freight Shipping Methods:
Items that are too large and/or too heavy to ship small parcel ship are shipped with a designated freight carrier. After the carrier receives your order they will contact you to set up a delivery time.

Typically, the delivery time is within a 4 hour window Monday - Friday between the times of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m..

Please understand that some areas are not serviced daily. Please provide accurate contact information when placing your order.

Below are the typical service levels for freight item deliveries:

Threshold Delivery:
Threshold is an interior delivery into the first dry area. Delivery agents will unload your items and will place them in the first dry area available, such as the garage or front entry. If delivering to an apartment the carrier will deliver inside the first floor of the complex.

Please note: Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.

White Glove Delivery:
White Glove is a room of choice delivery. The delivery agents will unload and place your items in the room of your choice. White glove service generally includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order up or down a maximum of two flights of stairs.

Please note: Unless otherwise stated this service does not include set-up and assembly.

Commercial Delivery:
This service is available to a commercial business address and requires access to an unloading dock. The driver will move the item to the back of the truck. The Member will have to unload the truck (may require equipment to unload).

Please note: Drivers do not assist with unloading, unpacking, set-up or clean up. Any other services are an extra charge to the Member and are payable to the shipping company.

What are the shipping methods available?

How long does it take for shipping?
Don Bamboo locates and finds the best quality items from all over the world. Since we source items from all over the world, orders typically take 10-30 business days to arrive in rare cases it could take a bit longer due to mail delays or customs delays. However a lot of our clients do experience receiving their orders within 2 weeks!  All orders will typically be processed within 3-5 business days of ordering or faster. We strive for the best customer experience possible and customer service is a massive part of that.  We will try our best to get your order out to you as soon we possibly can.  As soon as we get the order out, you will be emailed a tracking number to keep track of your order.
Is this a fake site or a scam, why are your items so inexpensive?
Our items are bought in bulk direct from major factories all over the world and we pass those savings along to you, that's why we have such low prices.  We are not running a scam and our site is 100% real!  Our Site is also McAfee secure which shows the users we are fraud free. How do I know my payment is secure?
Don Bamboo retains the services of PayPal ( this is the world's biggest secure payment provider, this means your orders are very secure!  You don't need to worry about any issues with your payments being secure! Our site is also McAfee Secure which scans constantly for fraud and assures the user we are fraud free!

If my item is damaged or lost can i get a refund?
Yes, we offer replacement or refund of your money if an item is damaged or lost.  The item must meet the requirements but Just make sure you contact us right away and we will help you!
How do I check the status of my order?
After the order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. After the order ships, you will receive a second email which will provide tracking information. You can also find this online on the item detail page under your Order History.
What can I do if I never receive my order?
Occasionally, packages may become lost in transit, delivered to wrong address, or arrive in separate packages. Periodically, a package may be left with a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. Please Note: If your order is past the estimated delivery date or your tracking shows delivered you've never received it, contact Member Services at
What else do I need to know about shipping to APO/FPO military addresses?
Not all items can be shipping to APO/FPO addresses. These items are identified on the item page on When shipping to an APO/FPO address, delivery may take 4 to 6 weeks. Further restrictions on item type, size and weight may exist in the country in which the APO/FPO address is located. Please contact your local post office to verify item type, size and weight restrictions for the country in which your APO/FPO address is located.Items will be shipped by standard U.S. Postal Service delivery. U.S. Postal Service tracking is not available. There are some specific APO/FPO zip codes that have special restrictions. These zips can be found in the Postal Bulletin and may change periodically. You can find this bulletin at the U.S. Postal Service Bulletin website.
Do you use any page scraping of or any other site?
No way! This is against the Amazon Terms of Service and we never use any sort of "page scraping" to gather data from Amazon. We're built to only use the Amazon approved API and are fully compliant with all Amazon Terms of Service.

If you choose your order to ship to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, Don Bamboo Member Services may contact you to verify the "ship to" address. This may cause a short delay. To expedite the order processing time, please provide accurate contact information when placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot change the "ship to" address after the order has already shipped.

How are shipping costs determined?
We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping costs. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost, based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. If you select a different shipping method, an APO / FPO address or an address outside the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.
What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?
It may take one to two business days for the tracking number that you received to be registered/scanned in the carriers system. This could prevent visibility to your shipment. If two business days have passed after receiving your tracking number, and you are still unable to track your order, please contact our Member Services Department at The Member Services Department will take your information and get with the logistics department to investigate.
