From special edition models to classics they represent “best of class” in selection, service, sales and business integrity. Therefore, we are constantly striving to improve our distribution network.

These are the most frequently and commonly asked questions before doing business with Don Bamboo (click to see answers):
In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date :
- Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 – 2 days however, some orders may ship within as few as 4 hrs and some may take up to 5 days.
- Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
When the delivery provider receives your order and is ready to schedule a delivery date, they will attempt to contact you at the telephone number that you provided in your order. At that time, they will let you know what days of the week they are able to deliver to your area. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 10pm on the delivery day you select.

For your security, in order to verify the debit or credit card details provided, we will contact your card issuer to request a pre-authorization for the gross amount of your order, which is the total order amount before applying any coupons or discounts. Only when your order has shipped, will your credit card be charged. The actual charge will reflect any coupons that were applied to your order.
Paying by PayPal

We warrant our eyewear against any defects in materials and/or workmanship only. Don Bamboo products (sunglasses and optical frames) are the result of a unique combination of design and quality excellence. For this reason, besides the customer care programs and the legal warranty - provided by the retailers depending on the different countries laws and regulations - your product is protected by a manufacturer warranty offered by Don Bamboo (Limited Warranty) against manufacturing defects.
For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in the country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by the Don Bamboo Limited Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. The Don Bamboo Limited Warranty does not exclude or otherwise limit any rights or remedies of the consumer conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations.
Please note that accidental damage, scratched lenses, and product misuse/abuse are not covered under Don Bamboo Limited Warranty. We do not provide repair service under these circumstances.
